I offer individual therapy in Central London, with sessions available in Chelsea (near Sloane Square) and in Bloomsbury. I also work with clients from Mayfair and the City of London.
My practice provides a calm, confidential space to explore your emotions, understand recurring patterns and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
Therapy offers the time and privacy to slow down and make sense of what's happening inside you - thoughts, feelings, responses, and internal patterns that may feel overwhelming or difficult to articulate.
It helps you understand how past experiences and relationships have shaped you, and why certain emotional themes may repeat in t he present. With insight comes more stability, more choice, and a clearer sense of self.

Common themes I support clients with:
Therapy supports you in moving from survival mode to a steadier, more grounded way of living.
My approach is relational, integrative and grounded in depth psychology. Rather than analysing you from a distance, we explore how your inner world is shaped - how your emotions, expectations, and protective patterns have developed over time. I pay close attention to how your experiences show up in the room - your feelings, your pace, your reactions, and the meaning behind them - so the work stays attuned, steady, and genuinely supportive.
The process is collaborative, honest and reflective. The aim is to help you feel more connected to yourself and more grounded in your everyday life.
I also offer therapeutic coaching for clients who prefer a more focused, goal-oriented approach.
I work with adults from many backgrounds, including gay clients; people navigating emotional stress, uncertainty or change in their personal or professional lives. Some are juggling demanding careers, others are adjusting to parenthood or caring responsibilities, and many are simply trying to understand themselves more deeply.
You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or aware of long-standing patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever your story, the work adapts to your pace, your experience and your emotional capacity.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you are struggling to cope, finding day-to-day life difficult, or feeling lost or stuck, you may benefit from professional support. People often come to therapy to resolve a specific issue, to find support during a challenging time, or simply to understand themselves better. Just talking confidentially to someone who isn't' a friend or a family member can make a significant difference. Therapy provides a dedicated space to explore your feelings and problems, develop better coping strategies and move forward in your life.
What can I expect from the first session?
Your first session is about understanding your expectations and what you hope to achieve. We'll discuss your goals for therapy, and I'll explain how the process works. It's important to know that progress depends on your active engagement. A significant part of the work involve exploring your feelings and getting comfortable discussing them openly.
What actually happens in a therapy session?
In our sessions, you can talk about anything that's on your mind - current events, past experiences, or anything that's bothering you. I will listen without judgment and support you. I will ask questions to help you explore your emotions and thought patterns in greater depth. This collaborative process is designed to help you gain self-awareness, develop new perspectives, and find your own solutions.
How long will I need therapy for?
The duration of therapy depends entirely on your unique needs and goals. You might find a few sessions are enough to address a specific concern or you may benefit from longer-term support. People change at different rates and it's important to keep an open mind. We will regularly discuss your progress and how you feel about the timeline together.
How often are the sessions?
I typically recommend weekly sessions. This consistency helps build momentum and supports the best progress towards your goals. However, I am flexible and understand that everyone's circumstances are different. If you wish to meet once a fortnight, we can discuss what would work best for you when you get in touch.
What is your approach and how will it fit my needs?
My approach is iterative, which means it is flexible and tailored. There is no single "best" therapy, only the right approach for the person you are and the challenges you face. We will collaborate ate to ensure the methods we use are the best fit for helping you achieve your goals.
